Terpsis is the ancient Greek word for delight, satisfaction, pleasure and these are the feelings someone has when they face this beautifully crafted villa. Terpsis pool villa is situated in the outskirts of Rhodes city and offers a magnificent private swimming pool along with a beautiful view to the emerald waters of the island. Also, it has an easy access to the nearest beach, only in a 5 minute drive. The Villa has the best setting for relaxed and delightful holidays in the most convenient location and is perfect for up to 8 people.

The four-bedroom villa provides 3 modern rooms with a double bed, and 1 room with two single beds. The main bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a stylish shower. Each bedroom has a beautiful balcony and a flat screen. The villa’s living space with a minimal decoration is comprised of an open plan modern kitchen and a comfy living room with a flat screen. High quality furniture will help you relax and enjoy in-house leisure time, while the fully equipped kitchen is standing by for any meal preparation along with the cozy dining area. Also, there are 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other one with a shower.

The villa offers everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a deep freezer, for any meal preparation of your choice. Also, guests can enjoy a free Wi-Fi access and screen TVs with satellite channels along with a DVD player. Other useful amenities are the safety box, the washing machine and the iron along with the ironing board. There’s a baby bed and a high chair if they’re needed.

The kitchen is complimented by the BBQ installation surrounded by the beautiful garden, along with all the necessary utensils and outdoor furniture. Also, the villa offers a ping pong for fun moments with your loved ones.

Check-in
Check-in time is 2pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we’ll do our best, without any promises! We suggest you refer to the section on what to do if you arrive early – there is plenty to keep you entertained!

Cancellation Policy
Guests must offer a 30% down payment after booking, by credit card, non-refundable price and cash on arrival. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.

Terpsis pool villa is well known for its tranquility and friendly atmosphere. The villa is situated in the outskirts of Rhodes city, visitors will find center of Rhodes in a short drive of 10 minutes. Visitors can find whatever they please such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and car rentals in a short distance of about 5 minute drive. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute drive away. Also, visitors should explore the east coast of the island and find the most idyllic beaches. For example, Thermes Kallithea is only a 7 minute drive away and Faliraki beach is only a 15 minute drive away. You should not miss seeing the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a 10 minute drive away from the villa. The island’s airport is found in the distance of a 25 minute drive. The villa is also just an hour drive away from a south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most impressive archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most stunning beaches.
